NoBo is run by Oliver Parelius. Email oliverparelius@protonmail.com and include what happened, what you expected, your device model, and your app version. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

Report a bug

In the app, shake your phone firmly to open the bug-report screen. You can also use the email above if the app will not open.

Report content or a person

Use the Report control on the video or profile. That sends the report into NoBo's private moderation queue. For child sexual exploitation concerns, read the child safety standards.

Delete your account

Use Settings, then Privacy, then Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page.
