Delete your NoBo account

You do not need to give us a reason. Deleting your account also deletes the data associated with it.

If you still have the app

Open Settings, then Privacy, then choose Delete my account. This is the fastest path and runs automatically.

If you cannot use the app

Email oliverparelius@protonmail.com from the email address you use to sign in. Put "NoBo account deletion" in the subject. If you no longer have access to that address, include your current username so we can verify that the account is yours. Never send us your password.

We aim to complete verified email requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, videos, private Camera Roll recordings, messages, device records, analytics linked to your account, and connected-platform tokens are deleted. Limited records may be kept only when required for security, fraud prevention, or law. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
